Multiple accident in Famagusta and Lefkosa

One person has been severely wounded in a road traffic accident along the Famagusta main road in the early hours of Saturday morning.

According to police report, the accident happened when two vehicles had a head on collision along Famagusta Carpaz. One person was seriously wounded in the accident and was taken to the Famagusta State hospital.

Also in another incident in Lefkosa, another accident happened around the Near East boulevard at about 7.00 am. According to report, the driver of the vehicle, whose identity had not been determined, was driving carelessly in high speed when he lost control of the car steered the wheel to the side of the road. 

He was taken to the Near East Hospital for treatment.
