Eight earth tremors detected offshore Cyprus

A total of eight earth tremors were recorded offshore Cyprus on Thursday.

According to a statement issued by the TRNC Met Office, a total of eight tremors, ranging in magnitude between 2.9 and 4 on the Richter Scale were detected between 02.17am and 08.53am off the north and west coasts of the island and in the bay of Antalya.
