KIB-TEK warns of power cuts for customers with outstanding bills

The Turkish Cypriot Electricity Authority (KIB-TEK) has announced that it will begin disconnecting electricity supply today, Monday, 8 September, for subscribers with unpaid bills exceeding 675 TL from August 2025 and earlier periods.

In a public statement, KIB-TEK urged both individual and corporate customers to settle their overdue balances in order to avoid disruption.

The authority emphasized that customers should make the necessary payments promptly to prevent inconvenience.
