TRNC government increases fuel prices by nearly 2 TL per liter

Lefkosa  – The TRNC government has announced a new hike in fuel prices, implementing an average increase of 1.5 TL per liter. 

The decision, published in the Official Gazette, is set to take effect as of midnight tonight.

According to the announcement, the updated fuel prices are as follows:

-Unleaded 98 Octane: Up from 38.62 TL to 40.12 TL

-Unleaded 95 Octane: Up from 37.62 TL to 39.12 TL

-EuroDiesel: Up from 36.23 TL to 37.73 TL

-Kerosene: Up from 36.23 TL to 37.73 TL

This latest adjustment comes amid ongoing global energy market fluctuations and is expected to impact both transportation costs and household expenses, with the public bracing for potential knock-on effects on consumer goods and services.
