The suspect UD appeared before a Lefkosia court on charges including assaulting a police officer, obstructing law enforcement, public intoxication, disorderly conduct, inappropriate behavior, and verbal abuse.
According to testimony presented by the police, the incident occurred around 9:00 PM on May 19, 2025, at the passenger exit area near the Kale 12 X-ray checkpoint.
