Dikmen municipality introduces affordable drinking water: Sell 20 TL per Bottle
DIKMEN — Dikmen Municipality has taken a significant step to ensure residents have easy access to clean and affordable drinking water.
Following an unanimous vote in the Municipal Council, it was decided that a new water bottling facility will be established in the town, where a 19-liter bottle of water will be sold for 20 Turkish Lira.
In a statement released by the municipality, officials emphasized that access to clean water is a basic need, and the initiative aims to make it accessible to everyone at a reasonable cost.
“Our priority is to ensure that our citizens can access high-quality and clean drinking water without straining their budgets. With this new facility, we are offering a solution that is both practical and economical,” the statement read.
The new water filling station is expected to be operational soon. Municipal authorities added that the facility will comply with public health standards and is intended to contribute positively to the quality of life in the community.
