Five people arrested in Famagusta for residing in the TRNC illegally
At least five people were arrested in Famagusta on Friday night for residing in the TRNC illegally.
The raid was carried by the Gazimağusa Police Department between Friday February 15 and Saturday February, 16 to restore public order and traffic control.
According to the statement made by the police press officer, during the inspections, night clubs operating in the region, alcoholic beverage sales and betting houses were checked, and any negativity was detected in the controls.
In the raid carried out in casinos, a total of 19 people were banned from entering the casino, and legal proceedings were initiated against the casino managers.
Five people who were found illegally residing in TRNC without a legal status were arrested and legal proceedings initiated against them.
