Student arrested for stealing electronics in Famagusta, search ongoing for accomplices
A student has been detained in Famagusta and two others are been searched for by the TRNC police for stealing electronic games.
The suspects are accused of stealing play station 4 game consoles, $ 500 playgrounds and 1 FIFA 2019 game CD from a workplace in Famagusta.
One of the accused who has been arrested was taken to court on Friday last week and given a three day detention order.
According to report by Kibris, he confessed to the crime while in detention.
Police say they will also investigate if the accused has any connection to a number of unsolved issues in the region.
Police are looking for his partners and accomplices.
