Zim student falls from apartment balcony while trying to enter his room through the window

A 23-year-old Zimbabwean student has been seriously injured after falling from the third floor of an apartment balcony while tying to enter his room though the window.

The incident happened at about 2:30pm on Saturday in an apartment located at Küçük Kaymaklı in Lefkosa.

The student identified as Donovan reportedly lost his balance when trying to cross from the balcony of a third floor apartment into his room through the window because the door to the room was locked.

He was admitted into the intensive care unit of the Lefkosa State Hospital.
