Passerby spots snake feeding on pigeon in London (video)
This is the moment a Londoner, spotted a snake eating a pigeon on broad day light and no one dare interrupt the reptile.
Dave Fawbert spotted the boa constrictor, thought to be an abandoned pet, on Leytonstone High Road on Saturday morning.
According to the London Evening Standard, a Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals spokeswoman said they don’t believe the snake killed the pigeon.
The RSPCA has now taken the snake to a wildlife centre and is appealing for information about how it may have come to be in the street.
A spokeswoman for the charity said it appeared “someone had found a dead pigeon and then given it to the snake”.
