North Cyprus Department of Higher Education announces scholarships to 57 students
In a statement by the Higher Education and Foreign Affairs Department, students who got the scholarship for the first time should apply to the department immediately and complete their files.
Students who are late in completing their file will not be paid a retroactive scholarship.
In addition, those with a higher incomes in terms of income may appeal to the Office of Higher Education and Foreign Affairs for a time.
