Fire outbreak in Gönyeli apartment

There was a fire outbreak in an apartment in Gönyeli in the early hours of Monday morning damaging properties worth thousand of Turkish Liras.

According to report, the fire broke out in the ground floor of the apartment belonging to Mustafa ÖZERDEM located on Masa Tepe Street in Gönyeli at 8:30am on Monday morning.

The fire reportedly broke out in a room used as a ware house outside the apartment.

The fire was extinguished following the intervention of fire crews.

Several properties including a welding machine, an electric garden broom, one defective television, water heater, a chair were all burned in the fire.

The reason for the fire was unknown at the time of reporting.
