3 People arrested for drug in Lefkosa

The North Cyprus police on Saturday evening arrested three people in Lefkosa for drug related offences following a search. 

According to information released by the police on Sunday, a search was conducted at the home of two of the suspects, AOA, 30 and CDD, 24 while the third suspect, HKI, 33 was a guest in the house. 

Police said they found a substance believed to be synthetic cannabinoid type drugs weighing approximately 100 milligrams during the search.

The report also add that one of the suspect had thrown a substance believed to be synthetic cannabinoid drugs, weighing approximately 5 grams from the window.

All three were arrested.
