Amnesty International accuses EU of having a secret deal with Libya that lead to slave trade

Amnesty International, has accused the European Union (EU) of having a secret deal with Libya, who have been in the spotlight lately over slave trade going on in the country.

According to Amnesty International, the ship used by the Libyan slave traders to transport victims, is a European Union Ship.

In a series of tweet on Tuesday, the Agency criticized European governments who it said are knowingly complicit in the torture and abuse of tens of thousands of refugees and migrants detained by Libyan immigration authorities in appalling conditions in Libya
