Former England and Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand was trolled by former United team mate Cristiano Ronaldo on Instagram on Monday when he shared a video clip of himself crawling on the ground with weights on both hands with the caption:

"Bear crawls this morning...working on core & shoulder stability!! These mornings getting cold & frosty!"

To which the Madrid star commented "wtf is that??'

But the 37-year-old who was not in the mood to remain silent fired back at Ronaldo with a recommendation;

''You need this in your life.... you need the back and core strong at your age now!! I wish i done this stuff when i played!
