New York Explosion: ‘There will be more’; chilling 911 call after Chelsea bomb explosion

US: A 911 caller has warned that there will be more explosions just hours after 29 people were wounded after an explosive device detonated in the street outside the Townhouse Inn of Chelsea at around 8:30pm on Saturday, an attack the governor of New York declared an act of terrorism.

Law enforcement sources told The New York Post that an unidentified man called the police on 911, claiming to be standing at 23rd Street and Seventh Avenue after the bomb blast.

“I’m looking at the explosion down the block. There will be more,” he reportedly said.

The Governor of New York Governor Andrew Cuomo called the Chelsea explosion “an act of terrorism”, but said there was “no evidence” it was link to an international group.

“Whoever placed these bombs, we will find and they will be brought to justice,” he told reporters on Sunday.
