Drug-dealing daughter of British playboy baron murdered in Philippines

Philippines: Aurora Moynihan, the 45-year-old drug dealing daughter of a disgraced notorious British playboy baron accused of selling drugs to celebrities has been shot dead in the Philippines as president Rodrigo Duterte continues his bloody crack down on drugs dealers in the south east Asian country.

Aurora's bullet-ridden body was pictured lying dead at the side of a road in Manila next to a horrifying sign that read: 'Pusher to the celebrities, you are next.’

Aurora, a reportedly well-known crystal meth dealer whose core clientele were celebrities in Philippines, was found with four sachets of shabu, (the street name for methamphetamine), and 'other drug paraphernalia' after being placed on a police drugs watch list, according to police.

CCTV footage released by police, shows the moments Aurora was shot by a fellow passenger as she got out of a Toyota SUV.

A terrified witnesses said she was shot five times.

Aurora's sister Maritoni Fernandez, who is a famous actress in the Philippines, described her as an “exceptional human being” in a statement.

‘We as a family have one priority…at this point in time and that is to protect her children from further pain and suffering so that they, and we as a family, may take this time to grieve, mourn but most of all celebrate the life of this exceptional human being I will forever have the privilege of calling my sister’ she said.

Aurora's death comes as the Philippines government wages a brutal war on drugs in the country which has left more than 3,000 people dead since July.

After assuming office in July, President Rodrigo Duterte ordered authorities and members of the public to execute drug dealers and addicts.

 

Aurora is the daughter of notorious trickster Antony Moynihan who fled Britain to the Philippines in the 1970s to escape fraud charges.

Moynihan met belly-dancer Luthgarda Fernandez, his third wife and Aurora's mother in Philippines.

Moynihan who died of heart attack at 55 divorced his wife in 1979 as Aurora went to live with him where she allegedly joined a Filipino cartel.
