Sturridge unhappy with Liverpool role

Daniel Sturridge is not happy with being used in a wide role for Liverpool, according to the Times, and would much prefer to be playing centrally. "I have to do a job for the team,” he is quoted as saying. "That’s not saying I am happy to do it." Does this hint at unrest in Jurgen Klopp's camp? 

Schweinsteiger's revenge on Mourinho

Bastian Schweinsteiger has said he's not going to leave Manchester United for any other club in Europe - and for the meantime, he's happy to train and play with the development squad and pick up his sizeable wages, says the Express. They deem this "revenge" - rather than move on elsewhere, admitting his time at United has been a failure, he's sticking it out.

Wenger's ruined Ramsey

The Wales manager said he was surprised that Ramsey was named in the Gunners' first team at the start of the season, and wondered why he hadn't been rested after his busy summer at the Euros.
