Minesota Governor Dayton declares June 7 'Prince Day'

Minesota: Governor of  Minesota, USA, Governor Mark Dayton has announced that- June 7 will now be known as "Prince Day" in Minnesota.

The governor issued the proclamation on Monday, recognizing Prince's birthday, a day where he would have turned 58 as "Prince Day" across the state.
Prince was born on June 7, 1958 in Minneapolis.
The proclamation notes Prince's many, many contributions not only in arts and culture but "his many acts of service to his fellow Minnesotans."
