Man sheds 100lbs and become hearthrob with plenty female fans after wife told him he's 'too fat to love'
Benjamin had to lost over 100 pounds after a furious row with his ex-wife, who would constantly taunt him for being overweight.
Benjamin had fears he would never be able to shed the excess weight due to his “unhealthy lifestyle”
He said:
“I wasn't taking care of myself. I was eating anything and everything. At one point it got to where I was eating up to six king-size candy bars a day.”Benjamin became uncomfortable in his body and became obsessed over the way people stared at him whenever he was eating
“Me and my ex would get in arguments over my weight and my health pretty regularly.
“[She] would constantly tell me that I was too fat to love - that my weight made me unattractive and even that I was so fat the idea of having sex with me made her sick to her stomach.”
Ben with all the furstartion in him decided to improve himself just to prove to his cheating wife what she was missing. He took on healthy diet and spend plenty of time at the gym, which finally paid off. Ben dropped over 6 stone in his quest to shape up.
At this time Ben had been updating his progress on social media all along, and by the time he had reached 17 stone, he had attracted plenty of attention from women who were impressed by his attractive new look.
“I have gotten quite the support from a ton of people. I have the best Instagram and Facebook followers a guy could ask for.
“I try to talk to and reply to everyone that comments or messages me on either of my accounts.
“Girls on social media approach me fairly often now - but if I go out to a bar or club I still don't get looked at to be honest.”Though he’s not far off his target of 16 stone weight now, but he believe he will never be skinny or have a proper six pack.
He added:
“I'm naturally a plus-size guy, so 225 pounds (16 stone) would suit me nicely.”
