Man 20 jailed for three years for having sex with minors

A 20-year-old man Nicholas Faithfull has been jailed for 3 years for pressuring underage schoolgirls into having sexual intercourse with him. According to the prosecutor, Nicholas slept with.....

four underage girls between the ages of 13 - 15 years old and forced another to perform a sex act on him. 

He was initially arrested in January 2015 & questioned but later freed due to lack of evidence. However, he still continued to pursue girls on social media, encouraging them to meet up with him & have sex. His recent victim, a 14 year old girl said she barely remembered having sex with him as she was not in her right senses.

The court convicted him of eight counts of sexual activity with a child and he also admitted a further count of inciting a child into sexual activity.

Passing his sentence to Jail for three years, the Judge Angela Morris told him, 

‘The fact that you persisted in this pattern of behaviour, even after you had been arrested and interviewed by police leaves me in no doubt that you knew precisely what you were doing and you were determined to continue
