Khloe Kardashian files for divorce from Lamar Odom for the second time in two years

Reality TV star Khloe Kardashian, 31 has for another time again on Thursday filed a divorce seeking to end her marriage to former NBA star Lamar Odom citing irreconcilable differences.

The couple got married in September 2009. Khloe first filed a divorce proceeding against Lamar in December 2013, which she still holds as their date of separation. Though the divorce was never materialize when Khole had to withdrew the petition after Odom was found unconscious at a Nevada brothel in 2015 citing his medical condition a reason to withdraw the divorce.

according to source; "Khloé called Lamar on Friday morning to inform him," of the divorce filing. "He is sad but also happy to move on with a clear mind. He is more independent now and with his friends all the time and his kids a lot. So he's ready to move on."

The legal documents were filed in Califonia where a divorce is not made legal until after six months.
The couple have no children together.
