North Cyprus late scholarship applications to be submitted online on November 16–17

The Ministry of National Education has announced that late scholarship applications for the 2025–2026 Fall Semester will be accepted online on November 16 and 17.

According to a written statement from Behçet Çelebi, Director of the Higher Education and External Relations Department under the Ministry, students will be able to complete their applications through the website http://yobis.mebnet.net.

Çelebi emphasized that applicants must carefully review the information provided on the website and upload all required documents to the system in order to finalize their submissions.

He added that detailed information regarding the scholarship process can be found in the “Important Information” section of the same website. Çelebi also reminded students who have already applied for scholarships for the 2025–2026 Fall Semester that no further action is required for the continuation of their grants.
