Cardi B feels like her ‘life is in danger’ amid Offset tweets

Offset posted and deleted a comment on Instagram stories that sparked speculation about the paternity of his estranged wife, Cardi B, and her partner Stefon Diggs’ newborn baby.

After the message was posted, Cardi B shared a series of now-deleted tweets where she alleged that Offset harassed her.

Offset claimed on his Instagram stories that Cardi B’s baby boy with Stefon Diggs is actually his child.

Without elaborating, he simply wrote, “My kid lol.” However, he took down the post not long after, sparking speculation about what he meant.

It seems Offset referenced Georgia’s law regarding paternity. According to Georgia Code 19-7-20(a), a child born during a marriage is considered legitimate.

Thus, since Offset and Cardi B — the latter of whom filed for divorce from the former last year, which is yet to be finalized — are legally still married, even though her son was born following their separation and Diggs is believed to be his biological father, Offset will be recognized as the son’s legal father.

Cardi B later posted a series of now-deleted tweets claiming that Offset was harassing and threatening her.

“Y’all be thinking it’s so funny and it’s not.. it’s been over a year and I’m still being harassed and threatened to the point that I feel like my life in danger.. it’s all fun and games until it’s too late,” the first tweet read.

“Mf’ers do anything for attention and it could get real nasty with just one upload… LEAVE ME TF ALONE,” the second tweet read.

In a follow-up tweet, Cardi B stressed she was tired of the harassment. She added that she ignored private harassment, which would then become public. “I have every single receipt,” she further stated. “If you wanna keep sending f*****g blogs to harass me — like, I can’t take it anymore.”

Cardi B’s harassment claims come one week after she welcomed her and Stefon Diggs’ son. The former confirmed the child’s birth a few days ago on Instagram, where she also touched upon her preparation for her Little Miss Drama tour.
