North Cyprus government open applications for 2025–2026 academic year higher education scholarships

The north Cyprus Ministry of National Education’s Higher Education and Foreign Relations Department has announced that applications for higher education scholarships for the 2025–2026 academic year fall semester are now open.

According to the statement, students wishing to benefit from the scholarship program must submit their applications online between 15 September and 31 October via the official portal: http://yobis.mebnet.net.

The Ministry further noted that detailed information regarding application requirements, procedures, and necessary documents can be accessed through the “Important Information” section on the same platform (YÖBİS).
