North Cyprus electricity company to cut electricity of debtors on September 8

The Cyprus Turkish Electricity Authority (KIB-TEK) has announced that electricity supply will be cut off on Monday, September 8, for subscribers with outstanding debts over 675 TL from August 2025 and earlier.

In its statement, the authority underlined that all private and corporate subscribers with overdue and unpaid bills must settle their debts to avoid disconnection.

KIB-TEK urged subscribers to make the necessary payments promptly in order to prevent any inconvenience.
