North Cyprus declares nine individuals as prohibited immigrants, bans 16 from entering
The north Cyprus Council of Ministers has declared nine individuals as prohibited immigrants and barred 16 others from entering the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) on grounds of alleged links to international crime organizations.
The decision was taken following the submission of security reports, which indicated that the individuals were involved in activities such as serious assault, shootings, and deliberate damage, and had connections with organized crime groups. Authorities concluded that their presence posed a threat to public order, administrative integrity, and general morality.
