Miss North Cyprus, Mister North Cyprus beauty pageant to hold on Thursday

The Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus is preparing to crown its new Miss and Mister North Cyprus.

The finals of the Miss North Cyprus and Mister North Cyprus competitions will be held on Thursday, August 21st, at The Arkın İskele Hotel.

The event will be broadcast live on BRT.

Celebrating its 41st year under the slogan “Live and Share the Beauty,” the contest will see 14 young women and 11 young men take the stage on the big night.

Rehearsals are in full swing as the finalists continue their training camp at the Arkın İskele Hotel and BRT cameras captured their preparations ahead of the glamorous evening.

Organizer Bülent Günkut told BRT that the finalists, aged 18 to 24, were selected from hundreds of applications.

Importantly, the proceeds from the competition will be donated to the Association for Solidarity with Families of the Disabled and the Cancer Patients’ Aid Association.

Günkut emphasized that true beauty shines even brighter when paired with meaningful support.
