first African artist to receive star on the iconic Hollywood Walk of
Fame.
This prestigious recognition celebrates her outstanding contributions to the music industry and her role in promoting African culture worldwide.
Kidjo joins a distinguished group of honorees, including global stars such as Miley Cyrus, Timothée Chalamet, Shaquille O’Neal, and Emily Blunt. While the ceremony date is yet to be announced, Kidjo and the other recipients have a two-year window to schedule their star-studded inductions.
