Night bus services to begin in Lefkoşa on July 1
Lefkoşa – As part of an agreement between the Lefkoşa Turkish Municipality (LTB) and the Lefkoşa Public Transport Company (L.T.T.), night bus services will officially launch in the capital on July 1, 2025.
LTB has released the full schedule and routes for the new night service, which will run from Tuesday to Saturday, aiming to provide safer, more accessible transport during evening hours.
Mayor Mehmet Harmancı, in a statement shared on social media on Thursay, announced that all buses are equipped with camera surveillance systems and GPS tracking. He also noted that a mobile application will soon be available, allowing users to track buses in real time.
