Vehicle burst into flames following an accident in Alayköy north Cyprus

A vehicle caught fire following a traffic accident that occurred at a roundabout in Alayköy in north Cyprus this evening.

According to report, the driver of the vehicle lost control of the vehicle and as a result veered off the road. The vehicle was then thrown into a field which resulted in a fire.

The fire was extinguished by firefighters.  

The driver of the vehicle who was injured in the traffic accident was taken for treatment.

Police investigation into the accident continues.
