Four kilograms of drugs and 18,100 TL in cash seized, 2 people arrested

In the "Type F Operation" conducted by narcotics teams yesterday in Gazimağusa and İncirli village, over 4 kilograms of drugs and cash obtained from drug sales were seized. 

Two individuals were arrested in connection with the incident.

According to a statement from the Police Press Office, searches were carried out in the vehicle and residence of 43-year-old A.E. (male). 

During these searches, authorities found approximately 10,900 MDMA (ecstasy) pills weighing around 4 kilograms, around 20 grams of a substance believed to be methamphetamine, a glass pipe suspected to contain drug residue, and a total of 18,100 TL in cash, believed to have been obtained from drug sales.

The police arrested both the 43-year-old suspect and 37-year-old A.K. (female), who was linked to the case. The investigation is ongoing.
