Sudanese student dies in accident on the Gönyeli-Boğazköy road

A 24-year-old man has died after he was involved in a fatal road accident on the Gönyeli-Boğazköy main road on Monday afternoon.

The unfortunate accident happened at around 2:00pm on Monday July 15 when the deceased Ammer Yassır Babıker Dafaalla, 24, a Sudanese student was driving on the Gönyeli-Boğazköy main road.

According to the Police Press Office, the accident occurred when the driver, 24-year-old Ammer Yassır Babıker Dafaalla, was travelling north in a saloon car, when he lost control of the steering on a left-hand bend. His car veered off the road and hit a cypress tree. 

The driver of the vehicle died at the scene.
