Two minor earthquakes hits south of Cyprus on Saturday
Two earthquakes of magnitude of 3.1 and 2.9 occurred off the coast of southern Cyprus on Saturday.

According to the Meteorology Department, the two consecutive earthquakes occurred at 01:26am and 02:47am respectively in the west and south of Cyprus.
According to the data of the TRNC Meteorology Department, the first earthquake with a magnitude of 3.1 at 01:26am was experienced at a depth of 5.0 kilometers from the sea surface in the west of Cyprus, while the second earthquake at 02:47am occurred at a depth of 5.1 in the south of Cyprus with a magnitude of 2.9.
