Yellow Weather Alert: Heavy rain and thunderstorms expected across the island on Monday and Tuesday

The Cyprus Meteorology Department has issued a yellow warning for rain and thunderstorms, which are expected to affect the entire island.

According to the report, local showers and isolated thunderstorms are expected to affect the island in the next 24 hours with rain expected to exceed 55 mm.

The warning is valid between 1:00pm on Monday to 1:00pm on Tuesday.
