Nigeria reports 16 new cases of COVID19, cases up to 254
Sixteen new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Nigeria on Tuesday.
Of the 16 new cases, 10 were in Lagos, 2 in the FCT (Abuja), 2 in Oyo, 1 in Delta and 1 in Katsina
