Pharmacies in TRNC announces new working hours
Pharmacy working hours has been changed in north Cyprus following a decisions taken by the government to prevent the coronavirus epidemic in the country.
The new working hours will be effective through out the country from March 16 to March 29.
President of the Cyprus Turkish Pharmacists Association, Umut Öksüz, made the announcement on Sunday.
Accordingly, all pharmacies will be open between 08.00-13.30 between Monday 16 March and Sunday 29 March.
Pharmacies in Lefkosa, Kyrenia, Famagusta, Güzelyurt and Lefke regions will be on duty from 13.30 - 01.30.
Those in Karpaz, İskele, and Mesarya regions will be on duty from 13.30 - 20.00 (20.00 - 00.00 On-Call Service for Prescribed Patients).
Those visiting pharmacies will be accepted in groups of three while those with special conditions like fever, cough, sneezing and over 60 years old will be given special priority.
