Drug found on person who violated curfew in north Cyprus
A person who violated a curfew order issued by the TRNC government has been detained after police found drugs on him.
The suspect only identified as N.W.S.A was arrested at about 8:40pm on Monday, March, 23 in Kyrenia for violating a government order to remain at home.
Police found drugs weighing about 2g of cannabis and a burnt cigarette in his disposal during a search.
He was taken to a court in Kyrenia and detained for 3 days so that an investigation could be conducted.
