35-year-old Turkish Cypriot woman killed in road accident on Alayköy high way due to excessive speed
A 35-year-old Turkish Cypriot woman was killed in a road accident on the Alayköy Türkeli main road, north Cyprus on Monday.
Sedef Sevgi Derin was killed after she lost control of the car she was driving and hit a tree by the side of the road while driving towards the Türkeli direction of the road on high speed.
The incident happened at about 4:30pm on Monday.
She was taken to the Lefkosa State hospital by a rescue team that arrived at the scene of the incident but could not be saved.
