Man nabbed at Ercan airport after sending wife threatening messages
A man who is in the process of divorce from his estranged wife has been detained for sending her a threatening message.
The accused was arrested on Saturday for suspicion of sending his wife threatening messages while they were in the process of a divorce.
The accused reportedly entered the country on Saturday and was arrested at the airport.
The accused was taken to a court in Kyrenia following his arrest.
The complaint was made on the same day he was arrested.
He was ordered to remain in detention for 2 days.
