Fake psychiatrist arrested in north Cyprus

A 35-year-old man who has been practicing as a specialist doctor, psychiatrist or hypnotherapist has been arrested by Turkish Cypriot police.

The accused only identified as C.S.S has been introducing himself in various places as a psychiatrist without being a member of the Turkish Cypriot Medical Association Chamber for nearly a year.

 He was arrested on Monday and will face prosecution for illegal practice.
