June 4-6 is Ramadan Holiday in TRNC

This year's Ramadan Holiday will begin on Tuesday, June, 4 to Thursday, June, 6 as Muslim faithfuls around the world end the month long fasting on Monday, June, 3.

In North Cyprus, the holiday will be be observed from Tuesday to Thursday this week. 

The Central State Prison will be open to visitors during the Ramadan holiday.

The Turkish Cypriot Police Department has announced that it is taking the necessary precautionary measures during the three day Ramadan holiday in order for everyone to be able to celebrate the day peacefully and without any incident.
