Drunk driver slammed into pole in Famagusta

A drunk driver was seriously injured after crashing into a pole on the Atatürk Avenue in Yeşilköy, Famagusta.

According to report, the accident occurred at 2:30 pm on Monday on the Atatürk Avenue in Yeşilköy.

The driver, 35 and under the influence of alcohol, lost control of his car when he was heading towards Ziyamet and slammed into a pole.

He was injured in the incident and taken to Famagusta State Hospital.
