Drunk driver crashes car into electric pole in Dumlupinar
A van lost control on Monday night in Dumlupinar district in Lefkosa and crashed into an electric pole and advertising post on the side walk.
The accident occurred at about 7:30pm on Monday on the architect Mehmet Vahip Street.
According to report by Kibris as obtained from the police, the 55-year-old driver of the car was under the influence of 90 promil alcohol when he lost control of the steering and crashed into the pole and then slammed a sign.
