11-year-old boy struck by a van in Lefkosa

An 11-year-old boy was struck by a van while trying to cross the road at Çamlıbel'de Kardelen Street in Lefkosa on Wednesday afternoon.

The 11-year-old was struck by a 29-year-old driver at about 1:00pm on Wednesday.

The boy was taken to the Dr Burhan Nalbantoğlu State Hospital in LEFKOSA and kept under observation.
