Weather Alert: Pay attention to 8:00pm - Met office warns

Rainfall throughout the country started at about 2:00pm on Thursday and will move from the west to the east starting from Kozanköy-Kalkanlı to the central area in Lefkosa.

According to the TRNC Meteorology Department Director, Raif İlker Buran, in a statement, the rainfall in Lefkosa will move towards the inner parts of the country from 8:00pm warning that there will be thunderstorm and rainfall between the hours of 8:00pm and 12:00am.

In another news, the south Cyprus Met office issued a new yellow alert.
