Man die in accident along the Girne - Tatlisu high way
A 61-year-old has died in an accident along the Girne - Tatlisu high way in the early hours of Monday morning.
According to police report, the accident happened at about 3:50am on Monday between kilometer 14-15 at Girne - Tatlisu high way.
The 61-year-old driver of the car was driving towards the direction of Tatlisu When he approached a bendy turn by the left and lost control of the car. He then hit a stone at the side of the road which made the car to somersault before it stopped close to a bridge.
The driver died on the spot.
