Lefkoşa-Girne Main road was closed due to heavy flood

The Lefkoşa-Girne Main road was closed to traffic flow between the Gönyeli and Boğazköy and Boğazköy-Dikmen main roads due to floods on Wednesday.

According to information provided by the Police Press Office, traffic on the Lefkoşa-Girne Highway on the Olbia site is provided by the road from Boğazköy-Gönyeli because of the flooding of the road.

The region Boğazköy-Dikmen road was covered by water coming from the mountain.

Drivers are kindly requested not to use this route.
