The incident occurred on August 2016 when Zeki Yorgancıoğlu, who was taken into custody at the Ziyamet Police Station in Iskele as a suspect in a sexual harassment case was beaten while he was in detention.
The accused, Mehmet Özcan' was sentenced to two months in imprisonment on Monday by a court in Iskele after taking into account the seriousness of the crime and its handling at the police station.
