Body found in Kaplica beach belongs to missing 18-year-old Turkish Cypriot
It has been discovered that the body found at the bank of the sea between Mersinlik-Kaplica on September, 22 belonged to 18-year-old Veysel Coskun who was declared missing by the police on September, 17.
18-year-old Veysel Coskun was declared missing by the police on Friday after he failed to return home since Monday, September, 17.
On Saturday morning, some personal belongings and clothes belonging to an unidentified person were found at the bank of the sea and moments later a dead body was found about 1 km away from where the objects were found.
Initial police report say the items were believed to be that of missing Veysel Coskun.
Three days later on Wednesday, autopsy results revealed that the body was 99.99% Coskun.
